  Automate information capture through electronic registration. At the start of any patient / caregiver relationship, there are various forms for registration, including health histories, consent forms, and disclosure forms. You can make this initial contact a more productive and positive experience by providing intuitive forms that can be filled out online or in the office. To fully and more securely automate the process, patients can electronically sign documents online or use a tablet PC in the office. As a patient's medical record evolves over time, all relevant content can be consolidated into a single, more secure PDF file.
  
  
• Leverage industry standards and integrate with enterprise systems.
  
  With each form or document, a nurse or administrator verifies health data and electronic signatures, and then data is extracted/synchronized to electronic medical record (EMR) systems using industry XML standards. Upon completion of a visit, other processes can be triggered, such as billing or scheduling, with new documents and forms automatically generated and ready for the patient at the front desk.
  
  
• Share patient data for collaborative care more securely.
