Follow these steps to get live remote support:

  1. Call us at (206) 709-9556 and request a remote help session
  2. After being connected to a support technician, you will be directed to click on the button below
  3. A window will open asking for your permission to install the support software
  4. The technician will then remotely take control of you mouse and keyboard to troubleshoot the problem

  • Q: Is this secure?
    Yes. The software you are installing has been tested as virus-free. While the technician is connected remotely, you can see all that they do, and over-ride any of their actions at any time. You can also end the remote session at any time.

    Here are the minimum system requirements to use our remote-help system:
